Got a few things for you to try well it may need taking it apart either:

1. Take it the the repair shop or buy one cheap and fit it make sure it's the correct one!
2. Bang it on the side it has worked for me apparently it resets the laser
3. Using a cotton bud just softly clean the laser with the cotton bud
4. With 2 fingers from the back of the laser push it forward so it will be behind the disc thing spinner or whatever
5. Take your disc drive out and reconnect it
5. Take your disc drive out and your hard drive and then put the Disc drive back in but not the hard drive
6. Send it to ms

I have the same problem but have voided my warranty

Hope this helps! Pm me for further help

I Had the same problem before, i turned it on the side and starting tapping my knuckle on the disc tray itself not the button, gently and it would open a bit the i'd pull ita bit and it'll work not sure if that will help, hope it does

Otherwise, some people buy faulty xbox's on eBay and stuff and get some more money and buy a new one if not, send it to Microsoft not diffrent companys you havent heard of, they can brake it even more sometimes happened to someone i know with their phone.

It's probably your game itself maybe it can't read the disk because it's scratched or cracked.

Well, the only way you can fix it is by opening it and also if you don't want to open it, you will have to send the Xbox 360 into Microsoft

( where I think you'll have to pay unless you have a warranty.)

clean the disk you are using. it happens to my mw3 all the time and i cleaned my disk and it worked. also, stray standing your xbox up instead of lying it on the ground, that works well also.

Take the faceplate off and below the disk drive there is a little hole, poke a paper clip in there when you open and close the disk tray.

This worked for me.

If not, it's either the disks or the eye that reads the disk is scratched.

Also, another tip is to blow the hell out of the inside your xbox. As in blow out of your mouth into it, not explode it.

Thanks, Durex.
