Open your save from horizon
go to extract then extract it to the desktop
when you see it drag it into the modding tool
then mod your shi*

Nice tut i guess but ppl that are asscoiated with the tool and know the encoding indside and out i know the encoding inside and out im part of a modding clan that is all about dise. so yeah XD i have better options on god mode and furry. I dont even have premium yet i can already do everything in the tool. My health bar goes alllll the way across the screen i have unlmited stamina and alot more the new update i think sux because adding custom weps still dsnt work properlly and the merging items i still dont understand and it looks to me like the dev took out developer bluprints....... also..! idk

and by the way ive thought of a lot of the tweaks in the last few updates for him and he will ad more of my tweaks in .28 or .29 right now hes working on file listing so you dont have to use modio or horizon.
