Last season he was the best player in the spl. Took him a while to get going but he that goal against Aberdeen kept us in the title race. So whats your thoughts

Good, solid player who is versatile and has a hell of a set piece delivery. As an Aberdeen supporter, he was great for us but sometimes a little suspect defensively but he has seemed to up his game upon his return to Celtic.

I'm still amazed at how he hasn't played for Scotland more, glad to see he's getting some recognition at last though. Is he too good for the SPL? Well, that remains to be seen. A lot of players excel in the SPL but then struggle to make an impact down in England, and end up being frozen out and usually then return to Scotland.

He has the talent though, and there's only one way to find out if you're good enough for the higher levels - by playing at them.
