Has this happened to anyone?
You wake up one day or one night and you cant move your body at all? I woke up this morning and I was trying to get up but I couldnt move! I tried speaking/ screaming but I couldnt talk too. Is this normal or some kind of stress thing? I always get scared when it happens and Im just worried :/

Its called Sleep Paraylsis, look it up, Do you ever hear noises or hallucinate whilst this is happening??? Basically your mind is awake, but your body is still asleep.

It's called sleep paralysis.

All the muscles in your body are relaxed when your body is put to rest, I guess waking up so abruptly doesn't alarm your muscles as quick as the rest of ours do.

That happens to me every so often

It's called sleep paralysis
It's pretty trippy but nothing to be afraid of lol
Usually you will hallucinate cause your brain still thinks it's sleeping

Sleep paralysis is caused by your brain being awake but your body being asleep. There is no underlying cause for it, just your sleeping may be effected by something else. Try things that will make your body more relaxed before you sleep, like a hot bath or massage (protip; hottub).
