to get me a Hauppage HD PVR, I wanna record xbox etc, make eps for YouTube and just have fun!
My dad said it is a waste of 120 how can I convince him to let me get it!

If its your money then there shouldn't be a problem with you buying it.

Most parents do this to prevent you from doing it, i'm sure if you gave the excuse above or repeated it a few times they might give in.

Say you can Make Money from it and could easily earn back that 120 in a couple of months if you produce decent content;), thats what i told my mummy;)
