One day my laptop & everything was fine, but the following day it would say i'm connected to the internet but when I open chrome or IE it would takes Ages to load like 5 minutes then say i couldn't connect or the servers didn't respond.

I have not installed anything new onto my computer before it stopped working.
It works fine with my Xbox as i can still play online and talk to friends.

I've called my network provider (Orange) and the man has told me to disconnect my internet and stuff but nothing has worked,i usually have my laptop wirelessly so he said to use a Ethernet cable from my router to my laptop. I tried it and my internet is working but it's very very very slow and takes like 2 minutes to load a page, and anything i try to play lags like crazy.

I really don't know what to do now. Any idea's guys?
