Is it okay to uninstall/end the processes for the default Toshiba software?

Here is a picture of the processes.. Tell me if you know if they're okay to end or not?

Keep them running. If they're made right, they're helping you out. If you're not using the feature or you don't have it on your computer, though, like some Lenovo Fax function I have on my T500, go ahead and disable it.
