I've had a little look around and couldn't find anything real conclusive, so here's my question;

What are the benefits of using a Dev Kernel over a "normal" Jtag/RGH hacked kernel?
Is it more of a "show off" thing, or is there actually a decent amount of extras you can do that make it worthwhile?

Actually, while I'm at it, are there any drawbacks to using a Dev Kernel?

What exactly is it that a Dev Kit can do (which a normal RGH or Jtag can't) without access to Pnet?

I thought having access to PartnerNet was one of the "big" things about having a Dev Kit?

No you cannot, in order for you to go online, you need to debug things and do reverse engineering, and the Dev KV has to be Unbanned One
