just been in one of those live chat things with an ea representative for well over 2 hours...
i bought a 15k gold pack on friday on my xbox with coins and the name "yaya toure" flashed up (i was going crazy as i knew this would be the TOTY Toure) i then got cut off the servers before i received anything from the pack...i didnt panic as this has happened before and usually when i go back on it gives you the pack, however this didnt happen so i went straight to a live chat and my case was referred and i was told to contact them after 48 hours if i hadn't heard anything, which brings me to todays chat, i gave them all the details and they requested my date of birth for verification which i gave them and they claimed it didnt match, so i explained to them that the date of birth i gave IS my actual date of birth and the one i used to create my account and i had no reason to lie about it and after around 20mins of basically me arguing with someone who could barely speak english they accepted this as the truth and asked me to provide a screenshot to prove i had indeed purchased a pack
now i understand the only packs that are recorded in your purchase history are packs bought with microsoft points which i said to the guy and he said to provide the screenshot anyway, now i bought a premium gold 15k with ms points the day after so it was the only pack that appeared on the history but was not the pack i had bought with the "yaya toure" which i explained
now i have a feeling they are going to say that i have lied about the whole thing because of this screenshot and as i couldnt provide them with evidence that i had indeed been charged the 15k coins but received no pack...the case has been referred to their studio or something like that does anyone know how long ill have to wait to hear something and do people think this is ea's way of hoping you'll forget about such matters and not take it further...

well i had considered this ...but i was under the assumption that the normal versions don't get released while their is a TOTW OR TOTY version out...

Don't both Toure's, Kolo and Yaya come up as just Toure?

This is clear proof, as they asked for my Date of Birth when something happened with me.
The same situation happened with me when I saw Suarez and they asked for my D.O.B. Baring in mind I created the account last week so I know what the Date of Birth was and I told them it and they said it was fake.
I can assure you they will not do anything. All the EA Live Chat are Foreign and most of the time don`t have a clue. Its only better if you ring them up and mostly they are then English or American.

This kinda happened to me. The name flashed Toure and I went mental...then it turned out to be Kolo :|

You need photo proof of something like that. I know it sounds ridiculous and you probably are telling the truth but EA don't USUALLY go handing out free payments without evidence.
