i was wondering what is the best jtag to buy and what website to buy it from, thank you for your time.

All jtags do the same thing, but for jtags Jasper is least likely to red ring. You could also get an RGHed Trinity (the slim).
Look in the Xbox Marketplace on TTG for sellers.
