A problem with a Dell product? No way, you don't say? Maybe it's a sign saying you should get your money back and invest it into something that's not overpriced and underspec'd.

Anyways, did you re-install the video card drivers from the AMD website or the disc that contains stock drivers? Did you run a memory test? Download any programs to know if HDD sectors are up to something? Did you check your CPU/GPU temperatures? I know for a fact that those Alienfail cases are very limited in terms of ventilation and spacing considering they put the cheapest OEM M-ATX Foxconn board they are able to get their hands on. Chances are even if you buy that typical overpriced product that Dell is advertising, it ain't fixing jack sh*t. If you attempted to overclock anything, reset it to stock.

Try the solutions listed above. These programs will help you immensely.

If your CPU/GPU gets anywhere over 85c I'd be insanely worried. I know Intel chips shut down when they hit 90c to prevent long term damage.

It's showing those numbers due to your GPU being at idle. Play a intensive game like BF3 but leave it open in the background and see the temperatures after.

He is not being a di**. All the stuff he is saying is true. Ask anyone with alienware experience with those huge desktops. Now the x15 is good. I have that and it is raw. Good mini desktop. Console sized thing. Worth my money.

I would reinstall windows and clean out the pc. That's what I do. You Don't have to reinstall your programs just reinstall the windows files.
