What would happen to my xenon JTAG xbox, if I happened to pull all the resistors and wires out the motherboard were the JTAG previously was? Would it still be jtagged or will my xbox get RROD or will it return to a normal sctock xbox? Please help.

I'm not Shure but if u want it to go back to a normal Xbox I think u have to flash it b4 u take out the wires and stuff

It wont even turn on due to a bad flash, so will i have to reflash it threw LPT?

It would probably not boot, or give an E79. I'm not sure. Never tried it, never will. ;)
