I have the iCHEEETED v4 mod menu, and when ever I go in a game I start holding a grenade until it explodes and it happens every time I spawn. It only started recently and it means I can't even play. If anyone has ever had this problem before or if you know a fix please tell me.

P.S It's nothing to do with my controller.
