Iso Problems Need Help

Ok i have made 4 iso discs today and none of them worked
They say disc dirty or scratched when i install them at 50% they say that
Or i click play now and it freezes at the loading screens
But i know that the iso file is good because i made one awhile ago and it worked perfect
I am trying to use:
Deadly Fishes Common.rpf Xbox36.rpf and his scripts
this is for the original also
if you can give me some things to try i will or
If someone will help me make one over teamviewer just to make sure im doing it right

if you got the mods from Deadlyfishes.com or whatever the mods are ok, you have to download a new GTA 4 iso from utorrent or pirate bay

so it let me install it but it stilll freezes
