Ok in order to do this you will need
1) Mw2 Patch Converter
2) Modded Patch of xbox 360 or ps3 or a Patch Maker
3) Hakced/Cracked MW2 Game (Wont work on the legit steam game because you will get a ban instantly)

Ok now for actually making the patch,
First of all download or make a patch, if you dont know how to use it here is a link to one video explaining how to make a patch, if you want to download one there are many on TTG

Now once you have made your patch all you need to do is convert it with the Patch maker once you have downloaded from the links below (Download Links will be at the bottom of this post)
Then you click open on the program & then select xbox to pc this is if you made your patch with the patch maker will is the best option if you downloaded it from TTG check the patch or find out what platform it is for.

Then one you have selected that it will be saved to the same folder that your Mw2 Patch converter is located and then once the patch is made and converted succesfully you can drag and drop it into the approipiate path e.g. C:\ProgramFiles\Activison\ModernWarfare2\Zone\Alter\patch_mp.ff
Replace this file with the your modded patch and then start up the game and there you go.
