I am newer to the whole Youtube experience, I read the stickies, and I know I couldnt get partnered with the big companies.

My clans youtube is:

We average like 150 views, and 10 subs a day.
Also, since Im guessing we probably couldnt get partnered yet,
what could we do to improve?
