I was messing about with and stumbled upon this. Thought it was pretty cool. Didn't see a thread about this so I took it upon myself to make one!
What it does is when you switch to your primary it gives you full health plus a little extra. I'm pretty sure all you 1337 h4x0r no scope fakie 360 Y-Y cross-map CMR modders can figure out how to do it...not too hard.
