I was just wondering if anyone was planning on working on a mod tool like willowtree when borderlands 2 comes out, and i would be happy to help test and build some items.

well i guess i'll translate it for people who do not know. he's saying "Is anyone gonna make a mod tool for Borderlands 2 when it is released, that's made like the Borderlands modding tool WillowTree made by XanderChaos?" The answer is possibly it will just depend on if borderlands will attempt to protect their game and stuff but i'm sure there will be one and more n likely XanderChaos will make it.

i have made my own guns before and have little hex editing experience. and back off a little im not saying im better than anyone at all. im just offering help. is there anything wrong with that?
