On high you might get 30 frames and below the video card isn't that great.

Nobody has answered you correctly, and they're mostly wrong. The 7450 is NOT going to run BF3 well, at all. RAM and hard drive capacity do not determine how well BF3 will run, and the CPU is not the best. 6 cores sound nice, but a quad-core i5 2500K will handily beat it. Few things can take advantage of the high number of cores, as well. For $800, you can build a computer that will do everything better than this. I recently built a computer for a similar budget for a friend, and I can give the updated parts list for that if you want.

This will be a alright computer for gaming, but nope this won't be able to run on Ultra smoothly, purely because of the graphics card. They should of put a better graphics card in the tower compared to the rest of the build. Although you could always upgrade the graphics card if you wanted to.
