I was wondering if I need a paypal account with a credit card on it to sell things/make purchases. I was also wondering if I could sell my Og/Semi GT on E-Bay, I was planing on selling them then purchasing TTG Gold, unless I could give you an account and you gift me gold (If it's against the rules please let me know, and I will delete post)

Yes, there must be valid credentials on your PayPal account in order to purchase something.

I have a pre-paid Debit, do I need to spend anything from it, or just have it on there?
