If you plan on being secretive about your lifestyle or want to have a private lifestyle get the iPHONE 4, not iPHONE 4S. the 4S's are programmed to send whatever bad things you say into Siri to Federals and Policemen. So for example if you want to rob a bank, don't ask Siri "how do I rob a bank?" Because the Federals and Police listen in on Siri. I'm getting an iPHONE soon as well, and I was asked if I wanted the 4S, and said hell no.

Well if you can spend the more money for the 4s then i would get it, but my iphone 4 has lasted me quite some time, just get insurance on both though! My lock button spring broke, and they gave me a new one for free!
