Why does all of the things I open, Twitch rapidly! HelpPosted:

Whenever I open like, a window to type in it always twitches crazily. I mean, on TTG, when I go to add a picture, It blinks and Twitches. And Its really hard to type. Also, when im on iTunes and I try to change the Info on my songs, It also blinks and twitches. Its really annoying annd i dont know why its doing it. Please help. Will rep as much as I can.
