well when i put a disc in it dosnt read
ive toook it apart and cleaed it
and ive cleaned ALL my discs

it means you need a new disk drive my old Xbox did it you can get them new for like 20 on eBay hope this helped

Try cleaning it with toothpaste or you can try taking it apart and there should be a red lazer thats fro reading disks if you just slightly turn it i will be able to read it well

or you can get a new Disk drive.

You need to replace your disk drive. It's broken. Meaning you can't do a thing with it anymore.

Refer to this on Xbox's website. If that can not fix your problem then you will probably need a new DVD drive.

it happened to me and i just kept on trying and it worked and never happened again

Check your disc drive its the best option.
Firsty take it out and move your Disc Lazer then retry putting the disc in, if that doesnt work, then you need a new disc drive which you can buy off ebay for around 20 pounds, but they are hard to fit in,but im sure there is loads of online help on YouTube or TTG
