okay so im new to minecraft, when i say new i mean i havent played yet and i was looking for a version 1.2.3 download. yes i know that's old but thats what my friend server runs on i guess, thanks.

1. Download Minecraft.jar

2. Go to: C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin

3.Place the minecraft.jar from the ZIP-File to the minecraft.jar in the bin
