Since you said mystery I advise Ghost Hunt, I've only read the manga and I loved every bit of it except maybe for the last arc but the last arc isn't in the anime anyway. Don't now how different the anime and manga are from each other but surely it can't be by much.

I normally choose whatever site the anime is on normally, like atm I'm watching Katekyo Hitman Reborn and I couldn't find it anywhere and then I somehow found the subs for it on a dub only website (don't know why they would have subs on a dub website).
I use animewaffles mostly, it's pretty good and most of the time it has the shows I want to watch. I've only had a few shows that I've wanted to watch that hasn't been on there.
