It's not a full leech, the owner used a source base, cleaned it out, and re-made it using some stuff still.

We've got a 3GB VPS too.

My review on this server,
I got to put this first but this server has really good economy, shops are also good! When you first login you pick your class range Mage and melee.
I'd give this server 8.5/10
BTW: it was kinda funny seeing the co-owner being demoted and banned For inactivity
