I got this fan the other day and just today I soldered it to the mobo and got it working!
Its a Thermaltake 80mm Blue LED Fan. Its super quiet and very good at cooling.
I'd reccomend this fan to anyone who's looking in cooling their xbox down even more.

You can do it for the slim but the slim has a totally different set up than the Phat so it could be harder or easier. I have no clue.

The only thing I have left to do is to cut a whole in my case to mount the fan above my CPU

The fan was only 11 bucks at radio shack lol and its not that complicated
