Fully read and understand this tutorial before doing it, if you end up erasing your current operating system or anything else goes wrong,
I will NOT be held responsible.

Hello TTG, today I am posting a small tutorial that will show you have to install Windows 8 Consumer Preview
as a secondary Operating system that you can choose between Windows 8 and your current Operating System at Start up.

First things first, Make sure you can run Windows 8 Consumer Preview.
System Requirements:
1GHz Processor
1GB of Ram (2gb for 64bit)
16GB HDD Space (20GB for 64bit)
A gpu that has DirectX 9 and WDDM 1.0 support

Now please keep in mind that the reason we will be dual booting it with your current OS is because Windows 8 currently does not support some apps.
So if you fail to follow this tutorial correctly and accidently upgrade to Windows 8, You will need to re-install your previous OS again.
I will not be held responsible if you fail to read this tutorial and end up Upgrading your current OS.

-Tutorial-
Step 1: Downloading the tools to get started.
Download either the 64bit or 32bit version of Windows 8 ISO from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Download Daemon Tools to mount the ISO: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Step 2: Partitioning your HardDrive.
Now that you have the tools needed to install Windows 8 Consumer Preview, you will need to make a partition on your harddrive for Windows 8 to run on. If you were to install Windows 8 on your primary Partition, you would overwrite / upgrade your current OS to windows 8 and lose everything.

Open you start menu and right click on "Computer" and select the option named "Manage".
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

From there, click on Disk Management and you should see your Hard Drives listed.
Right click on your primary disk and select "Shrink Volume".
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Put 20480 in the only area you can edit and click shrink. (20480 is the amount of MB in 20GB)
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You should now have a empty area in your HardDrive for 20GB of space. Right click that area and select "New Simple Volume".

Follow the small wizard that pops up and format it as NTFS, rename it to anything you want and choose a drive letter.
The end result should change that empty area to a fully working 20GB Partition that you can install Windows 8 on.

Step 3: Mounting the ISO and installing Windows 8.
Now open Daemon Tools and mount the Windows 8 ISO to your virtual drive.
Do not click Run Setup.exe on the popup that appears, This will upgrade your OS.
Instead, click open folder to view files.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Go to the sources folder inside the ISO and use that Setup.exe
This is a different install wizard and allows you to choose a partition to install to.

When the wizard pops up, choose to install updates from the internet and insert the product key that is listed here.
Product Key: DNJXJ-7XBW8-2378T-X22TX-BKG7J

IMPORTANT:
Click to install via the custom option, this will allow you to choose a partition.
If you click to install using the other option, this will erase your current OS.

Make sure to choose the volume that you just created for the install location and click next.
Your computer will now install Windows 8 and may have to reboot a couple of times.
From here on out it is just following the install instructions and creating a windows live account.

#-----END-----#

Congratulations on installing Windows 8 Consumer Preview as a secondary OS.
After Installation, When you boot up your pc, you will have the option between booting
your default Operating System and your Newly installed Windows 8 Operating system.
