Anyhow, too much bevel & emboss.

The texture on the text is pretty rubbish.

The background texture is also rubbish.

My wires look nothing like those.

The circles on the top and bottom have no texture and don't match at all, maybe if you could add some sort of metallic texture (keeping with the theme) and remove the lines running through the background they mess with the metal texture and make it look kind of bad imo, also the text is way too beveled/embossed whatever, when using emboss on text it should be pretty light, don't over do it, its something I did a lot when first using PS (hell I might still do it)
