hello i was in a game a few months ago on TBOGT and the nobody had blips above their heads so you couldnt see who if it was a pedestrian or a player and i cant seem to find the option to turn them off, whoever can help me out can have $5

It's either left, Right, Down, or up on the DPAD..

it should bring up a menu of the gamertags in the lobby and the option to turn them on or off.

Go on the Phone, Multiplayer, Player Match, Private Slots to whatever you want, Then Start. You will be given a black screen with options on the right. Scroll down until you see Blips set to Everyone.
