I'm Looking for about 4-5 people to start a web design team with me. We will basically make websites and templates and sale them and our services.

Requirements
Must have at least 6 months of experience.
Have to be available at least 2 to 5 hours a day.
Good With HTML,PHP,Java script,CSS,XML,ECT..
Proof Of Work.

Post Below if Interested and I'll PM you with further details.
Also we will need a GFX Artist so if your interested then post below.

I currently don't have anything up at the moment though.
I also have around 9-10 months of xp.

I'll think about joining, but it seems a bit hypocritical that you require us to show work, but you yourself don't. How are we supposed to know that you are worth our time if we can't see your work?

yeah i agree also and ive done html and css for about 6 to 9 months though im not gonna show work till you do.
