So if I were to buy a Jasper JTAG (or RGH), it would come with what's listed in the post?

Whats Included: Dual NAND (Extra $100), Original NAND, 12V Fan Mod, Flashed DVD Drive

Also, are these R-Jtagged or just Jtagged?
