If your family fights and you obviously care about them, tell them you want to sort it out and that you think they should family counselling sessions so they can help sort it out.

I'm just trying to tell him that going to a military school wont help anything, it is just avoiding the problems, as soon as he gets out he will still have to deal with those problems.
