You can't have a black bb gun unless you have a license. It's due to having a replica of a gun people might think its real so they introduced a law that states you have to have half the gun colour coded.

if you want at least a decent ish bb gun get 350fps+ but that still isnt that good

Also you have to be 18+ in england not sure about any were else and iits called a UKARA license
