Here's one... Has anyone used the scouting system and ever found or developed a really good player ?

I signed someone called 'Juan Pedro' from Argentina. My Scout has 5 star experience and 5 star judgement. After 3 years, his rating was 78. Another year his rating was 87.

So yeah, it's cool!

The only way to develop any player is too play them and make sure they have not many injuries, And to have a good scout team.

er.... you know you can just edit teams and play with custom squads. Voila, you can have any player you like.
Or use money editor, simple really.
