Hi there.

With the PS Vita being released, many people are experiencing issues with their Vita. Of course, with all new gaming consoles, they have their issues (at first) and hopefully Sony will have a software update soon that will fix all of this.

With the Vita, going into Safe Mode will solve almost, if not, all of your problems. It doesn't matter if your Vita is frozen, it will go into Safe Mode.

TO GO INTO SAFE MODE:
- Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds IF your Vita is off, and a little longer than 30 seconds if your Vita is on and/or frozen.
- A menu should pop-up after the Playstation logo appears
- Select "restart vita"
- System should reboot, problem should be solved.

IF YOU HAVE A SIM CARD ERROR:
- Go to "settings"
- Go to "network"
- Go to "mobile network settings"
- Uncheck "mobile network"
- You should have stopped receiving these errors. I suggest taking your Vita back to where you got it from, or AT&T, and see if you can get the issue fixed

IF YOUR VITA WON'T CHARGE:
- The battery is not fully drained. Vita is weird from other mobile consoles... the battery must be at a certain percentage before the Vita begins charging.

Hope this helps.
Video tutorial coming soon for Safe Mode and all of this.
