Hello TTG, a couple of my friends decided to make a video tutorial on the cross map throwing knives in Search and Destroy on the new map, Overwatch. Go check it out, and possibly help em out with a subscription and check out their other videos/channel. (This is not an order, but only if you like what you see. They are a sniping duo.) There are also spawn snipe locations, and a couple half-decent Infected spots.

EDIT: FYI, they found these all themselves. They may have been found by others, but the commentator in this video, and his partner, never used any resources online to create this video.
