Im guessing they pay you. Any idea on how much ? Does it depend on how many views/likes/subs you get on your videos ?

Yazurs doesn't even give partnership most of the channels that they sponsor don't have sponsorship ahhh lol.

There are various that partner, all of them on that thread do. If you are wanting a realistic chance of being partnered (and are a small youtuber), the best bet would be Vexon, Votre, or TGN if you can get your fanbase up.
All of them go off of statistics based on socialblade. Socialblade is a website that tracks all your view, sub, friend, etc stats. The minimum (the smallest network will take) views per day is 500 I believe. That being VotreMedia. However, they do not have as large a following so it is a balance you'll have to make.
Vexon (whom I actually just signed a contract with) is 700-800 views a day. They have more of a fanbase for those small youtubers and if you're lucky you can get featured on one of their main channels. The payout is decent, but not as much as some.
TGN is based on 1k views daily average, but if you can attain that, you will be accepted and they can promote you pretty well. The payout is decent, better than Vexon and Votre, but lower than companies like machinima and TGS.
Those are the companies I think you'd have the best shot at if you're a small youtuber (sorry to assume if you aren't, most on this site are that's why I assume).
All the networks offer the same perks with a partnership, the main differences are contract length and payout. Any one you get with you still get the banner and such that are the visible perks.
