Programs are software, this problem has been caused by physical damage to hardware meaning software cannot be used.

There is one thing you can do which is taking off the keys and cleaning then well along with their spaces. You can use a key or something to detach them from their spaces. (You will have to be careful).

If that doesn't work then you will need to buy a new keyboard.

Well that's a tricky one. I would recommend taking it to a repair store. You could make an attempt to repair it yourself.

The second option isn't recommended though, you'd probably end up screwing your whole laptop up.
