Problem:
Here is what's going on, my older brother left his computer on for a whole night and had woken up to a constant beeping sound. He turned it off and on plenty of times, after he tried that and took out all the wires he just had the power cord in and still the beeping noise, and there is no pause it is just constantly going. After that he asked me what is wrong with it so I looked up many things on the internet and they said its the RAM or Video Card so I opened up his computer and I had cleaned out and put back his RAM tested it then it was still beeping the same so then I tried to see if it was one of the RAM sticks he had that was bad(He has 6gbs of RAM) I have checked all of them and nothing new happened just the same old thing. The Video Card I have know idea if he has one as I don't see it anywhere. If you want a video I can upload one real quick just let me know, and I didn't post the specs or anything since it doesn't really matter.I don't think its a board(Motherboard) problem either since all he did was leave it on at night. I have reset the CMOS and my BIOS or something called AMI(American Megatrends) and I can't do much in the AMI actually I can't do anything. In the CMOS I can do quite a bit of things that you could do it the BIOS. I can't make it to the boot menu, every time I press F12 like it says to nothing happens, I can only go to CMOS. I set it to where it will boot the Disk Drive first so that I may run Memtest 86 and so that worked fine and I have done like 8 tests so far(I have no idea when it ends but I am on like 100% on my 8th test) and it says Pass complete and no errors. I cleaned the CPU fan and that didn't do the trick, same beeping it is short and continuous as you can see in the video below.

If you need any info that you think will help then let me know.

Help will be much appreciated, thanks.

Heres the video(I know I sound young, I am only 15 and my bro made that youtube name):

Here's pictures of the Motherboard and the Cmos Battery:

Update:

I had tried a recovery disc just to reset everything but to keep my brothers files and everything but it said there wasn't enough space on the disc. My brothers HDD is almost full so that's probably why, its a 650 gb I think or 600 but either way is there a way to save everything and then wipe the HDD I can't get to the desktop to erase stuff to make more space on his computer. Can I use his hardrive on a different computer?

Unplug the power cord and plug it back in. Try to start it. If not, there is a little battery on the motherboard. Take it out and put it back in. This will reset it. Then re start it.

The computer starts up and can go into the BIOS but when I go out of the BIOS, it beeps right away and I can't go to the boot options just the BIOS only. When I just try to start it up regularly it does the same at a certain point it just beeps, after the load screen it beeps. It doesn't make it to the login.

ah that sounds like your are having a hard drive issue when you see bios hit F1 and go into boot options and see if your hard drive is being detected and that it is not set too net boot. if the hard drive isnt showing up then check its cabling and make sure its all snug and in place turn on the pc and listen to the HDD for it too start spinning if it stays quiet and isnt detected it is DEAD.

When I start up my computer it says press DELETE to enter SETUP and F12 to enter Boot Options(Which I can not do for some reason it will not take me to boot options) So I can only go to the setup which it says its CMOS Setup Utility so I can't get to BIOS by pressing F2 which is regularly what to press. Is there a way to get from CMOS to BIOS?

Open your computer take out the power supply and Proccesor then put them back in DO NOT TURN POWER ON WHILST DOING THIS
check the wiring then turn pc back on if it still beeps going into the BIOS and do a system repair or a new system setup

TIP:WEAR ANTI STATIC MATERIAL WHILST ALTERING YOUR PC!

I did everything you said, and still the beeping. For me I am not sure if his BIOS is this thing called AMI or American Megatrend(I get into it by pressing Insert) All it does is check a few things like all the drives and ports if anything is plugged in, and the BIOS version. I can only go to CMOS and change things and then when I leave the beeping begins, so I am not sure how I am suppose to restore. I would need to set the first drive to play a CD then I can get it to restore but will it work without a HDD because my brother would like to save everything he has on it.
