So would a AMD FX-4100 Be Bottlenecking with 8GB 1600 Ram and Gtx 560?

Most likely not, its a rather new CPU with 4 cores and 3.6GHz stock. You may see SOME bottlenecking but you may not notice it.

I cannot be sure as I don't have one myself, but I have heard a lot of bad things about this processor.

A lot of the old Phenom II processor outperform the Bulldozer platform.

Nevermind i switched my build to an intel i3 because ive read that it performs better and its also the same/close price!

Your i3 would bottleneck it, get a i5 2500k
