How would that someone ever know? There are people with certain color blinds so whats to say we all don't have different perceptions of color.

You can scientifically tell if someone is colour blind by the amount of cones etc. in their eyes.
And this isn't YOUR theory, it isn't new

"We only "see" after our brains interpret what's sent to them from our eyes." With this being true, We could in theory make ourselves believe that a colour is a different colour and this making that colour being that one. I see this being the reason as to why we're taught colours in Nursery/Primary schools so that the colours are set into our brains and thus making us only see those.

I mean there is no way to describe a color... Try and describe blue to me... And with relevance lets say you bring up blueberries, and you see them as a indigo but I was raised seeing Red as blue, and therefore would think the blueberries are still blue because no one knows the difference between the two colors and what we precieve.
