and here is the divisions we should have: COP, S.W.A.T, SHARRIF, DETECTIVE, F.B.I, US MARSHAL, ARMY/SPECIAL FORCES
THE people divisions are: crack head, hooker, gangs, mafia, drug dealers, drug smugglers, gun dealers.
and the spots for the cops would be the APC police station and also the prison in the third city also the police station with the buffalo cruiser
the people will have the whole top left island to themself and will also have the sprunk factorie and all over liberty city.
