No, just no.

For any machine those specifications are incredibly outdated and you would not be able to use Photoshop or do any editing.

I wouldn't recommend a Mac at all, only if you have a lot of money to blow, should you be buying one of those.

Well it depends, play games within it's year may be playable. It's really just a regular use computer, nothing really for gaming.

I would get it as a secondary computer if you are getting for it cheap. But like I said you can't do much on it except the basics and maybe the older Adobe Suites.

No. 512MB of DDR(1) RAM = not enough to run photoshop lol

Single core CPU = bad

2003 GPU with 32 MB = absolutely horrible

40 GB = lol, let me put it this way. I currently have 2 TB ( 2048 GB )

That is not even considered bad by today's standards. That's worse than bad lol

Hey if you want a cheap Mac, then their you go. Is it worth anything more than just basic computing? No.

But then that's why you are looking at it right? Because you understand how to read computer specs right?

I would hope so, don't pull what I just did and didn't read the specs.

There is also the issue that you want to buy a Mac. You should get that fixed.

Lol, that was my first thought exactly. But then I decided not to be a fanboy and tear it down on its actual specs

I work with windows all day repairing them, they are shockingly bad.

I have had a Mac for over 5 years and have not had one single problem (since upgraded to iMac), just because you don't like it it doesn't mean other people have to follow what you do.

My opinion Mac>PC

ON TOPIC,

Get a Mac from 2009 onwards they are normally decent specs and very reliable, but obviously the newer the better. You can also upgrade RAM on Mac Mini models from about 2009 onwards very easily and cheaply.
