Well In all Honesty i really Don't Like The Channel. "I'm Not a Fan of Minecraft"
Here's why..
1. The Backround is Not Proffesional.. looks like it was Made in paint. You Should go to the Graphics section and See if Someones willing to make you a BG bro.
2. Should Get a New Intro. The one Your Currently using looks pretty Sloppy.
3. Start Looking for Youtube Partners that Share Your Intrest in Minecraft, And that Produce the Same type of content. "Good way to start of a Channel"
4. You have a "okay" amount of Subscribers who Atleast are Active and have watched your videos.
So yeah. You Guys have Some work to do. Hope this Helped in some type of way.

most minecraft partners are huge and wont do any with little channels like us.
the background was made in photoshop i think, cant remember what the intro was made in
