ok hello i don't know much about computer problems but whenever im doing work on some site it freezes up. Why?

could be many of things. your connection, possible viruses, not a fast enough processor, maybe the harddrives is fried. probably one of those but id talk to a tech person about itEX. best buy

Maybe you've got a virus or something.
Scan it and delete stuff you dont need,
Or switch to google chrome <3

How fast is you computer (as in RAM, processor etc) maybe look in to upgrading it.

Also try defrag your PC, and empty your temporary files, PM me if you need any help

run a virus scan.... or restart your modem clean it up.
