I have to say in advance, sorry for being such a noob. I looked around the forum, but did not find any leads on the answer to my question. So, sorry if I missed it or have placed this in the wrong spot.

I am new to the scene and just got my first RGH from Mafia5k this week (totally legit!). It is a 320gb slim, and the main reason I got it was to protect my disks from my 7 year old. That being said, I realized quickly that I was gonna need an external HDD to hold all of our games as between my daughter, my wife and myself we have close to 80 games.

After installing many games through NXE and converting them with NXE2GOD, I realized I was running out of space quickly. I formatted a 2tb external to fat32, and was gonna use the file manager in FSD to move the games to the external. This is where I ran into my problem; I don't know where to locate these games on the internal HDD since the Xbox doesn't give the files any sort of logical name. I'm assuming that they will be in the "Content" folder on HDD1 (internal), but I don't know which are the games and which are the programs for the RGH (NXE2GOD, FSD, DL, Xm360, etc.)

Any help with this would be much appreciated and I thank you all in advance.

The GOD games can only be played on a Xbox hdd, not on a formatted usb hdd. They should be located under Content/00000000000000 folder

So, all of our games r ipped from disk can only be played from the internal? Bummer. I thought you could play them from an external as long as you had the game path set correctly.

Is there any way other than GOD to play them from the external drive?

You may be able to play the GOD if you edit the path in FSD (I've never used GOD so I am inexperienced.)

I know that you can copy the games to a USB HDD and they will play just fine but the GOD i am unsure of, sorry

GOD format does work on an external. That is the ONLY format ive ever used. It wont show up on the Metro Dash, but if you manage the path in FSD it will show up in the FSD Games list.

ripped games are under /games/(what ever game it is) (assuming you used freestyle dash to rip your game)
GOD games are under /content/0000000000000000/(what ever game it is)
ripped games can be copied and played from external hdd/usb if it has enough room.
GOD games cannot be played from external hdd/usb
and do not use the nxe dashboard to install your games to your hard drive, do it from xex menu or freestyle dash
to do it from xex menu make a folder in games titled what your game is then go into that folder and press y and press copy dvd
to do it from freestyle dash just go to utilities and go to copy dvd

Awesome! Thanks, that helps a lot. Now I at least know that Oblivion is in 425307D1.
