Get Elite for 4000 points and all maps that are released.

Unless you are elite, you can't get the maps until March. Elite costs 4000msp and you get the maps earlier than everyone who does not have elite. Buying the maps later without Elite will cost 4800msp, so I would get Elite

800 or 1200, I don't think it's been confirmed. Just do yourself a favor and get ELITE premium, if you plan on getting all the maps. Also, you get them earlier than people that don't have ELITE.
