It looks hard to get but basically you got to be known, high posts, active member and also a helpfull member. It seems everyone who is rated awesome have helped me in the past and are always postin usefull stuff on the forums

It is basically the equivalent of a rank below MVC.
Only Admins can award you with this badge.

You must:

Set a good example in the forums and shoutbox.
Be an active member.
Help members out where needed.
Post many tutorials of your own.
Help the admins/founders.
Become friends with Sean and hippie helps
