If you want to know what happened, please read the whole thing.
Also, don't say "Post this on FaceBook", because I already have. Obviously not this whole thing though.
A couple days ago my dog, Macey, was hit by a UPS truck. My dad was working on a car in the garage and she slipped away for a second and sense she's a chocolate lab the driver couldn't tell she was in the road until it was to late. We know the driver personally and he is a very nice guy and I feel bad for having to put him in that position. We live in the countryside on a hill so people care a little bit less about how fast they're going. He tried to swerve and miss her but she was moving around as well.
Macey was 13 weeks old, we buried her right after she was killed. She's has a very good neighbor right now, she's buried right next to our dog Tia, who we had to put down last year because of congestive heart failure. Tia was 11 years old, and she was the nicest dog you would've ever met.
We placed all her toys with her and placed these two toys that were shaped as a heart and horse shoe, we put them so it looks like "Love You". I miss her so much, 20 minutes before we were playing and having fun. It's amazing how attached you get to them.
Don't take life for granted, take care of what you have, be nice and loving. Life's to short to fight and argue.

This is sad man I remember my dog getting put down for blighting someone and she didn't mean too.

I feel you, OP.
My dog Harley was ran over by a drunk at night, going 80+..
Little Man was only a few months old. It sucks at first, but you find a way to go through it. It's exactly like losing a family member.
